Together with GSK Oncology Copay Program may help eligible commercially-insured patients* with their out-of pocket medication costs for Ojjaara

If approved, patients may pay as little as $0 for out-of-pocket costs for Ojjaara up to a maximum of $26,000.

Eligibility criteria
Patients may be eligible based on general eligibility criteria below:

Patients have a commercial prescription insurance plan.
Are a resident of the US (including the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, and the US Virgin Islands);
Are 18 years or older;
Not eligible for or enrolled in government funded programs that provide prescription drug coverage.
Uninsured or cash only patients are not eligible for the copay program.
